Join Anilu Studios as a 3D Animator/Rigger! Are you passionate about breathing life into characters, creatures, and props through animation? Anilu Studios is looking for a skilled 3D Animator/Rigger to craft stunning movements and seamless interactions for our upcoming games!

Responsibilities include designing detailed rigs that allow dynamic scaling and stretching, ensuring clean and accurate weight painting for optimal mesh deformation, creating optimized 3D rigs that enhance performance and functionality, and developing natural, fluid movements based on real-life references. The role also involves maintaining consistent animation styles across assets, collaborating with the team to refine workflows and encourage innovation, understanding feedback, and making revisions for continuous improvement while staying ahead of industry trends in graphics, rendering, and optimization.

Requirements

Proficiency in rigging—drivers, controllers, weight painting, and animation is required. Familiarity with blendshapes/morphing for enhanced rig functionality, a strong grasp of animation fundamentals and game optimization techniques, and expertise in creating optimized 3D rigs for video games are essential. Excellent collaboration skills within a creative team are also needed.

Preferred skills include rigging & animation mastery, knowledge of game asset optimization, and proficiency in Blender & Unreal Engine 5.
