We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer (m/f/d) who is passionate about crafting intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. You will transform complex requirements into elegant interfaces, collaborating with developers, product managers, and clients to create products that resonate with users.

Responsibilities

• Design responsive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to bring ideas to life.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure your designs are implemented as intended.
• Help shape and maintain our design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
• Continuously contribute new ideas, tools, and methods to raise the quality of our work.

Requirements

• You have a strong grasp of user-centered design principles and a keen eye for digital aesthetics.
• You’re proficient in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or comparable design platforms.
• You know how to design intuitive interfaces and user flows that balance business needs with great usability.
• You’re experienced in wireframing, prototyping, and conducting user research or usability testing.
• You enjoy close collaboration within cross-functional teams and give as well as receive feedback constructively.
• You have a degree or training in UX/UI design, HCI, digital media, or bring equivalent practical experience.
