Job Description

We are seeking experienced, talented, and creative freelance floral designers to work on event-based projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in floral design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to drive with a valid license. This role requires commitments to quality and creativity, as well as collaboration with a passionate and supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Design and create floral arrangements for weddings, corporate events, and special events.
• Work closely with the owner or lead production manager to achieve desired florals.
• Assist in setup and on-site floral installations as needed.
• Ensure all floral designs align with event requirements.

Requirements

• Experience as a floral designer, preferably in event-based work.
• Strong knowledge of floral arrangement techniques and flower care.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings as needed.
• Flower Design: 3 years (Required)

Pay

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed.

Work Location

Bucktown, Chicago (No remote work)
