Job Description

Emprise Group is a brand management company that represents global sports brands. We are looking for a conscientious and well-organised candidate for an apprenticeship position with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

To support the wider merchandise and marketing team to deliver the marketing strategy for Emprise Group, the apprentice will create new teamwear designs across various products for various sports clubs. The apprentice will complete the Level 3 Multi Channel Marketing Apprenticeship.

The role includes creating content for marketing campaigns which will be used across Emprise Group’s digital marketing channels, including social media, website, and email marketing. The apprentice will also support with digital marketing efforts, such as paid ad campaigns, SEO, website optimisation, and video production. Additionally, they will create new Shopify webpages for each new club and load products for online sales, ensuring a positive representation of the brand in all digital marketing outputs.

Location: Chesterfield/South Yorkshire/North Derbyshire, England (Hybrid)

Requirements

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Create new merchandise designs for various products
• Load products into the e-commerce website
• Create digital marketing strategies
• Run social media campaigns
• Design and post social media content
• Interact with users and manage all social media platforms
• Write blog posts for the website
• Generate backlinks for the website
• Send out regular email marketing campaigns
• Support with the wider Emprise Group brands [Barmy Army, R66T Academy, Teamwear]

Person Specification:

Desirable Qualifications:

• GCSE grades 4-9 or equivalent in Mathematics and English
• Graphic Design equivalent course/qualification

Skills and Attributes:

• Understanding and experience of the Adobe suite or equivalent design software
• A keen interest in both graphic design and digital marketing
• Understanding of Microsoft/Google apps [Mail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint]
• Understanding of social media channels
• Understanding of wider digital marketing techniques such as email marketing
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Good timekeeping and conscientious
• A good team player who can also work independently when required
