As a Rust Developer, you’ll be responsible for building performant, secure blockchain components and tools. Your expertise in Rust and blockchain infrastructure will directly impact our core systems, including trading bots and data analytics pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and infrastructure using Rust
• Work on blockchain-related components such as trading bots, sniper bots, arbitrage bots, and smart contracts
• Analyze and process large datasets to extract actionable insights and optimize bot performance
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure robustness and scalability of systems
• Assist in smart contract development and interaction
• Write clean, maintainable code with thorough documentation and unit tests

Requirements

• 2+ years of backend development experience in Rust
• Deep understanding of blockchain systems, nodes, DeFi protocols, and related infrastructure
• Experience in developing or contributing to trading bots / arbitrage tools / on-chain automation is a strong plus
• Strong data analysis skills: parsing on-chain/off-chain data, backtesting strategies, optimizing performance
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
• Familiarity with crypto libraries, Web3 APIs, and RPC interactions is a bonus
