Job Description

We are launching PHAT Buns in Sharjah and are in need of a creative visual storyteller to capture our grand opening and create engaging content. If you are passionate about achieving the perfect shot, excel in food photography, and understand how to create content that grabs attention, we want to hear from you.

The successful candidate will cover the grand opening event, showcasing the crowds and key moments, produce high-quality food photography, create behind-the-scenes content, and generate social media videos including TikToks and Instagram Reels. Additionally, the role involves capturing customer testimonials and store atmosphere to highlight our vibrant brand experience.

Requirements

• Professional videography & photography experience with a portfolio that showcases food, events, or lifestyle content.

• Expertise in social media content, with knowledge of vertical video formats, trending styles, and platform-specific requirements.

• Ability to provide quick turnaround of content, as timely delivery for same-day posting is crucial.

• Ownership of professional equipment including camera, lighting, stabilizers, and audio equipment.

• UAE-based (preferably Sharjah/Dubai) with reliable transport.

• Cultural sensitivity with a respectful approach to local customs and diverse audiences.

• Bilingual skills in Arabic and English are preferred but not essential.

Project Scope

• Intensive coverage during the launch week (5-7 days).

• Ongoing content creation with potential for regular monthly work.

• Documentation of events such as special promotions, community events, collaborations.

• Menu photography for marketing materials.
