Job Description

Think Company is looking for a Senior Content Strategist to join our team. This part-time, contract position requires the ideal candidate to think structurally about content, always prioritizing the user’s best interests. The candidate should be able to determine the right format for content (text, video, photography, infographic, etc.) and craft a process for re-organizing, rewriting, and restructuring content to better suit user needs. Collaboration with researchers, designers, project managers, developers, and client stakeholders is essential. This role operates within Eastern Standard Time Zone business hours and is a remote position with limited travel potential.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Considerable experience engaging in activities such as interviews, card sorts, content audits, and content modeling.
• The ability to operate independently while maintaining a collaborative relationship with their team.
• A developed voice, philosophy, or approach in content strategy that complements and grows the organization’s strategy.
• A portfolio demonstrating experience with large content repositories, collaboration with designers and developers, and strong client relationships.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the content strategy or experience design field.
• Uncommon attention to detail with a focus on efficiency.
• A track record of meaningful project work and positive professional experiences.
• Strong communication skills to present design ideas effectively to team members and clients.
• Proficiency with tools supporting content strategy deliverables.
• Experience working within teams using well-defined visual design systems or pattern libraries.
• Client services experience, with an understanding of front-end development and technology.
• Familiarity with designing for accessibility.

Salary

Hourly Pay (W2): $55 - $70/hour
