Job Description
We are seeking a Sr Gen AI Full Stack Developer with over 8 years of experience to lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable full-stack applications using Node.js and Python. The role involves driving the end-to-end delivery of Gen AI features, including integrating OpenAI APIs and applying prompt engineering. You will architect and implement chatbot platforms, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in full stack development with Node.js, Python, and web technologies
- Proven experience in building and scaling chatbots and Gen AI applications on Azure
- Deep understanding of OpenAI APIs, prompt engineering, and LLM integration
- Hands-on experience designing or implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud-native development
- Solid experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) and UI best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with vector databases
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices
- Prior experience leading distributed teams or working in a tech lead capacity
