Nayabashi Yoichi
Videographer is needed in Nagoya, Japan.
The documentary project is titled โWhy the Night Market Movement Stalled in Nagoya: A Case Study of Nayabashi Yoichi.โ The focus is to explore why Nayabashi Yoichi remains the only regular night market in Nagoya after 15 years. I am looking for a videographer based in Nagoya who can speak Japanese and is comfortable interacting with people. The job will require you to shoot a minimum of 10 minutes of video covering the night market, capturing customers, vendors, the setup, street, and river to illustrate the space and atmosphere. Additionally, you will need to conduct short interviews with simple questions (which I will provide) directed at customers, vendors, and organisers, and record their answers. All footage should be shot in landscape mode. This project is a single, short-term assignment and should be completed on location in Nagoya within a few hours. The delivery is needed by June 27th.
