Bilingual Content Creator Assistant (Freelance, Hourly – Based in Santo Domingo)

Content Creator is needed in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Content Creator Assistant for an initial hourly, part-time freelance position based in Santo Domingo, with the potential to transition into a longer-term role. The ideal candidate will independently film and edit short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and create branded visual content across various platforms, following remote direction from our team. Responsibilities include collaborating with our lead content strategist, maintaining consistent weekly content delivery, and optimizing videos and designs for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. Applicants must live in Santo Domingo, own necessary gear (minimum a quality smartphone kit), and have the ability to both shoot and edit solo content. Prior experience with corporate or pharmaceutical content is highly preferred, and proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva is required. References and a portfolio or demo reel are required as part of your application. We are looking for someone creative, adaptable, and proactive who can take direction and deliver results effectively. This freelance role could develop into a part-time or full-time in-house position dependent on performance and team fit.
