Job Description

We are a growing sports videography company seeking a part-time responsible candidate to add to our family.

Requirements

Most games are on Saturdays. If you are not available Saturdays, this will not work out.

YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SPORTS FILM EXPERIENCE.

Equipment requirements include:

• Camera that films in 1080p or higher (you must own the camera and have access to it)
• 2 SD Cards Minimum
• Tripod
• Backup battery and charger
• Cell phone with GPS
• Reliable Transportation as you will be traveling to jobs

Skills required:

• Ability to take direction and feedback positively to grow professionally
• Familiarity and ability to use Google Drive and Dropbox (professional account needed)
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for equipment malfunctions
• Experience with filming action sports is preferred, with a focus on tight attentive framing for coaching and review purposes
• Ability to adapt to last minute scheduling or location changes
• Editing footage is preferred but not required

The locations for filming are within the Metro Detroit area. If you are out of Michigan, please do not apply for this position. We are not interested in hiring someone who owns their own company; you WILL NOT be considered. We are looking for freelance independent contractors.

The games for fall sports typically occur from Wednesday to Sunday, with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday being the busiest days.
