Lux Flowers, a modern flower delivery business in Green Bay, is seeking a creative, social media-savvy individual to craft engaging Instagram Reels and behind-the-scenes content. This role is designed for those who love storytelling through video and want hands-on experience while building their marketing portfolio.

Requirements

• You’re building a portfolio for marketing, videography, or content creation.
• You love flowers, visuals, and storytelling.
• You’re self-motivated and excited to be part of a small business’ growth.
• You have your own phone with a solid camera and editing apps (we love CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Rush!)

Responsibilities

• Create short-form video content for Instagram and TikTok.
• Help capture flower arrangements, behind-the-scenes moments, and fun interactions.
• Brainstorm ideas with the team and stay on trend with current audio and reel styles.
• Contribute your unique creative voice to a growing brand.
