Job Description

Poshieca is a growing, family-owned e-commerce brand specializing in personalized gifts and self-care items for girls, teens, and women. This role is for a local social media influencer or content creator with at least 10,000 followers or subscribers on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube. The main responsibilities include creating engaging product content, promoting products across social media platforms, and helping drive brand awareness and sales. This position offers creative freedom and earning potential.

Requirements

• Must be local to The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, or Magnolia, TX
• Minimum 10,000 followers or subscribers on one platform (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube)
• Comfortable on camera and confident creating content with your face and voice
• Skilled in making short-form product videos, reels, and taking creative photos
• Willing to use TikTok Seller tools or go live to showcase products (training available)
• Dependable, creative, and enthusiastic about social media and trends

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with TikTok Live or similar livestream selling
• Basic understanding of affiliate marketing and trackable sales
• Interest in personalized or aesthetic products for women and girls
