We are looking for individuals to join our EA SPORTS Producer Academy for a unique 12-month immersive learning experience to become a Video Game Producer. This role will involve managing the implementation of new features, cultivating relationships with stakeholders, and collaborating with design leaders to shape features specific to your area within the game. This role is based in our Orlando office and follows a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Learn about the video game development lifecycle and the Producer role.
• Support delivering game features from concept to launch.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and priorities with your team.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, engineers, and project managers to plan and execute features.
• Document design ideas with clear and structured input.
• Assist lead producers by reporting on progress and milestones.
• Foster a collaborative team culture by sharing knowledge and learning from others.

Qualifications

• You are a natural leader who takes initiative, motivates others, and drives results.
• You think in systems and see the bigger picture, offering thoughtful solutions to complex challenges.
• You’ve demonstrated leadership in sports or similar settings (i.e. coaching, team captain, mentoring, or refereeing).
• You embrace challenges and enjoy working through difficult problems.
• You have an interest in or experience with American Football, whether recreationally or competitively.
• A passion for video games, particularly EA SPORTS titles, is a strong asset.
