Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Sports Videographer to film, livestream, and capture high-quality video content for local youth or high school sporting events.

Responsibilities

• Operate cameras and other equipment during shoots, ensuring high-quality footage including white balance and audio quality of announcers.
• Film and livestream sporting events and player/coach interviews.
• Operate and maintain professional video equipment, including cameras, laptops, and audio gear.
• Collaborate with athletics staff, producers, and announcers to execute video projects.
• Ensure all footage is properly archived and backed up.
• Work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines, often in outdoor or high-traffic settings.
• Ensure high-quality audio and visual output during both live and pre-recorded shoots.
• Travel to sporting venues throughout NH and Northern MA as required, usually within 45 minutes of Manchester.
• Ensure all video content is consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Setup and breakdown all video and audio equipment for each sporting event assigned to.
• Communicate with management as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ideal candidate will have proven experience as a videographer, preferably in sports or live event settings.
• Proficiency with camera operation and audio equipment.
• Strong understanding of sports action and timing to anticipate key moments.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays depending on the sports schedule.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and carry camera equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in physically demanding conditions.
• Ideal candidate will have own video and/or audio equipment.
• Proficiency with laptops and basic software as well as wifi and ethernet connections.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and must have own transportation.

We are a proven sports video company looking to expand our services. Looking for enthusiastic and reliable per diem employees to help us do that. Will train the right people.

Job Types: Contract, Freelance

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 20 per week
