Job Description

Next Door Photos (NDP) is a small business focused on delivering real estate photography and related media services. We emphasize a culture of fun and community service, striving for excellence in our products and customer experiences. We are seeking talented “Media Pros” to join our growing team. This position offers flexible hours and potential for increased earning through product certification and availability. Media Pros capture and upload media for real estate properties, typically dedicating 40-90 minutes per property and can handle up to 6 properties a day as part-time independent contractors paid on a per-service basis.

Requirements

We are looking for experienced photographers, videographers, and certified part 107 drone pilots. While real estate photography experience is not necessary as training will be provided, candidates must have the right equipment and meet the following criteria:

• Professionally interact with clients and homeowners
• Consistently arrive on time for scheduled shoots
• Dress professionally on the job
• Upload media before 9PM on the day of the shoot
• Maintain a flexible schedule
• Keep an updated Google calendar with availability
• Drive 30-40% of the workday
• Follow NDP’s shoot flow and maintain quality standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and the Local Owner
• Study/test to obtain Part 107 certification for commercial drone use
• Receive regular feedback and training on NDP standards

The Media Pro position requires the following equipment:

• Digital SLR (or mirrorless) camera with a Wide Angle Lens:
• APS-C (cropped) sensor camera with a 10-24mm Lens OR
• Full Frame sensor camera with 16-35mm Lens
• External (off-camera) flash
• Tripod and ball head attachment
• Reliable transportation
• High-Speed Internet

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Compensation Package: Bonus opportunities

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, on call, weekends as needed
