Job Description

This role is best described as a livestream sales host. You will lead energetic TikTok Live sessions to present products, engage with viewers in real time, and drive sales performance. Each livestream is both a product showcase and a performance designed to capture attention, build trust, and generate conversions. This is a client-facing role representing leading beauty and skincare brands on a highly visible platform.

Requirements

• Prior experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or personal care is preferred
• Background in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles is a strong advantage
• Confident, engaging, and camera-ready with a professional and upbeat presence
• Strong understanding of persuasive sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
• Ability to adapt quickly, take feedback constructively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• This is an in-person role based in our Long Island City studio

Work Schedule

Candidates must be available 5 days per week with a consistent daily start time. Two general shift windows are available:

• Morning Start: Between 11 AM and 3 PM
• Afternoon Start: Between 4 PM and 8 PM

Responsibilities

• Present skincare and beauty products on TikTok Live in a compelling and trustworthy way
• Serve as the on-camera spokesperson for the brand, maintaining a consistent and polished presence
• Drive product sales by applying creative sales strategies and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge
• Create and sustain audience engagement throughout each session by interacting with viewers, responding to questions, and building a vibrant livestream experience
• Adapt your approach in real time to respond to viewer feedback and performance trends

Compensation

Starting at $25/hour with additional commission based on performance and experience. Pay is from $25.00 per hour.
