Executive Assistant to Head of Production
Project Manager is needed in Bali, Indonesia.
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Head of Production at Muse Storytelling, an Emmy-winning production company with a global footprint, now expanding operations at our Bali office in partnership with Luminary Agency. In this key role, you will provide organizational and logistical support for our production operations, including travel coordination for crews and equipment, financial management (budgets, payroll, project accounting), production support for commercial and documentary projects, vendor relationships, and detailed calendar management. The ideal candidate has a strong financial background, excels at complex logistics, and is highly detail-oriented, with proficiency in English for international communications. This part-time contract requires working on-site in our Bali office, with an early start to overlap with US business hours and flexibility during production periods. The position offers the opportunity to learn about entertainment industry financial and production processes, build international networks, and advance towards production management roles.
