Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Sound Engineer/ Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audio production and a keen ear for sound quality. This role involves working closely with the Studio CEO & Manager to ensure the highest quality audio and live productions. The Sound Engineer will be responsible for mixing, editing, and mastering audio.

Requirements

Duties:

• Collaborate with directors and producers to understand audio requirements for projects.
• Operate sound recording equipment during recording studio sessions and live events.
• Edit and mix audio tracks using industry-standard software.
• Conduct post-production sound work including sound design, dialogue editing, and mixing.
• Maintain and troubleshoot audio equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in the creation of sound effects and music tracks as needed.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies in sound engineering and production.
• Generate leads by recruiting Music Artists as new clients.

Skills:

• Knowledge of post-production processes including signal processing.
• Familiarity with Logic Pro, Adobe Premiere, or FL Studio software for audio editing is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail with a creative mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
