Job Description

5 Tool Performance is looking to hire a videographer to film players and tell our story. We focus on baseball development and require someone who is a sports enthusiast, particularly passionate about baseball, and appreciates people. The role involves coming in a couple of times a week to capture the essence of our facility while maintaining a level of discretion and respect for the individuals being filmed.

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate who can pick up on subtle nuances in their craft and stay invisible while filming. The ideal candidate should be respectful of people’s privacy and sincere in their approach, avoiding the use of others’ stories for personal gain. As we handle a lot of private content, meeting in person is necessary.

The successful applicant should have a heart for storytelling and understand the importance of the content we produce, aligning with our mission at 5 Tool. The position is part-time, and we are looking for someone who has the patience and desire to grow into a longer-term role with us.
