Direct Response Designer

We create static ad creatives for businesses spending $10k or more per month on Facebook ads. Our clients include scaling e-commerce brands, SaaS companies, and digital services that require creative testing to improve results. We need ad designs that stop users scrolling, drive clicks, and generate sales. We are hiring a Direct Response Designer for a full-time contract position to create 30 static ads per client (with 5 unique concepts and variations for each), based on detailed briefs and visual references. You will work remotely and manage multiple client projects at once, collaborating with our strategy team on creative direction. The ideal candidate has experience in ad creative design using Figma, understands direct response principles, has a portfolio of ads made for Facebook/Meta, and can follow briefs precisely with reliable communication and deadline management.
