Job Description

This is a remote position. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Email Marketing Executive to manage 5 Klaviyo accounts (3 D2C and 2 Wholesale). This role will be responsible for executing our email marketing strategy, optimising campaign performance, and ensuring strong engagement across all accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Klaviyo profiles, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation integrity
• Develop, implement, and optimise automated flows and retention strategies
• Create, schedule, and split-test email campaigns to improve open and click-through rates
• Monitor account performance and key metrics such as open rate, CTR, and conversions
• Produce weekly performance reports for campaigns and flows
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align email strategy with business goals

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience with Klaviyo, ideally across multiple accounts
• Proven track record in managing both D2C and wholesale email marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
• Creative mindset with the ability to write engaging copy and design visually appealing campaigns

Schedule

• Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with 1-hour unpaid break
• Client time zone: UK Time
