This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT

(30-minute lunch break + two 15-minute breaks)

Total Weekly Hours: 40 Hours

Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to help build and improve their product knowledge base. In this role, you will transform complex software features into clear, engaging, and easy-to-follow learning materials. From written guides and short explainer videos to downloadable resources, your work will empower clients to better understand and use the product effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the software in depth and translate product knowledge into user-friendly content
• Write clear and concise knowledge base articles
• Create short, engaging explainer videos to demonstrate product features and processes
• Develop supporting materials such as PDFs, checklists, and infographics
• Maintain consistent tone, style, and branding across all content
• Collaborate with the team to identify common client questions and content needs

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills—clear, crisp, and professional
• Proven experience creating instructional or product-related content
• Skills in video creation and editing
• Ability to design and produce downloadable learning resources
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new software

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS or software product training
• Familiarity with knowledge base platforms or learning management systems
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
