We are looking for a Copywriter/Scriptwriter to join our marketing team at Zumera Property, an innovative real estate and construction company based in Benin City, Nigeria. The role involves creating engaging written content for advertisements, websites, social media, blogs, emails, and video scripts. You will be required to write clear and persuasive copy, develop scripts for multimedia projects, and conduct research to understand our products, target audience, and competitors. Collaboration with the marketing, design, and video teams is essential, as is maintaining a consistent brand voice and incorporating SEO best practices. The ideal candidate should have a talent for storytelling, the ability to adapt writing to different platforms, and a strong commitment to producing error-free, original work. You will keep current with industry trends and ensure your writing meets the company’s objectives and style guidelines.
