Website Redesign & Content Overhaul for a Justice-Oriented Trial Firm

We are seeking an experienced web designer to lead a complete redesign and rewrite of the Workers’ Advocate Law Group PC website. The mission is to reflect our elite, justice-oriented brand while attracting high-value professionals in New York City and Los Angeles. The new website must clearly communicate our core purpose: challenging corporate power and protecting the careers of those who have been wronged. The freelancer should be able to target two distinct audiences: high-end professionals such as tech executives, founders, attorneys, and medical professionals, as well as individuals who have experienced workplace injustice including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or wage theft. All messaging and design must align with our strong brand voice focused on justice, results, and professionalism.

Key deliverables include a modern homepage redesign with an effective headline, intuitive navigation that separates services, a narrative-driven About page, a mission-focused Results page, and a flawless user experience across devices. The site should include secure forms for confidential consultations and a strong SEO content strategy to reach our primary audiences. We are also interested in logo enhancement and overall content improvement. The project should be completed within three weeks, with potential for ongoing work.
