CS2-Styled Raffle Roller

We are looking for a programmer with UX design and data handling experience to develop a raffle drawing application for CSCOMPS, a London-based company that runs raffles. The app should import a CSV file containing ticket data (including username, profile picture, and ticket number) and use the Random.org API for drawing a truly random winner. The winner should be revealed via a CS2-style case opening animation with profile images scrolling horizontally and stopping on the winner. Each ticket displayed should feature a rarity color overlay, randomly assigned based on official CS2 drop percentages (grey, blue, purple, pink, red, gold). The system must log each draw with a timestamp, competition name, winner details, and Random.org verification, and it should support custom backgrounds and persistent history exports. We’ve provided a YouTube video reference(see at 1.49 onwards), an example CSV, and a UI mockup for guidance. This is a short, single job project, and we’d like it completed within two weeks. Remote work is fine.

The backend and frontend of this youtubers giveaway program is basically exactly what I need but with an imported csv file provided below and caclulated using random.org api, with the main data being used being Username, Product Name, Ticket Price, Ticket Number and Ticket Purchased Date, the status(winner, loser) should be appended to an export file/log with the relevant information.
