Job Description

Seeking a conceptual senior-level art director with experience in content marketing and paid social media campaigns to create and execute concepts and storyboards for a social-first video series. A portfolio or reel demonstrating relevant creative work is a must. Experience creating work for an audience of small business owners would be a plus.

• Experience creating ads in paid social channels
• Ability to design to established specs, templates, and brand guidelines
• Highly detail oriented and organized
• Delivers high-quality work with an emphasis on quality control
• Able to collaborate with team members across all departments and respect/follow processes
• Able to communicate and present work with confidence and clarity

Required Skills/Experience

• 7+ years of experience in an art direction role
• Knowledge of digital standards and best practices, including web accessibility
• Strong design skills to inform your work from layout to production
• Software skills: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma
• Knowledge of innovations and trends in digital and social

Academic/Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
