Rep Coaching helps aspiring and current medical device sales professionals grow their careers through online courses and coaching. We focus on practical, real-world training that equips reps with the skills they need to succeed in the highly competitive medical device industry.

We are looking for an experienced Kajabi expert to build our Kajabi site from the ground up and advise on how to best structure and optimize the platform for maximum impact.

Responsibilities

• Build and fully launch the Rep Coaching Kajabi site from scratch.
• Develop and organize 3 tiers of courses.
• Integrate coaching packages, including scheduling functionality via Calendly.
• Design and implement funnels, landing pages, email campaigns, and events within Kajabi.
• Ensure all Kajabi integrations (payments, email automations, community options, etc.) are properly configured.
• Provide consultation and advisement on areas we may be overlooking - guiding us on how to maximize Kajabi’s capabilities to create the best experience for customers.
• Create a clean, professional, and scalable site design aligned with Rep Coaching’s brand and mission.
• Participate in check-in meetings with Rep Coaching to align on vision, goals, and priorities.
• Deliver a fully functional, polished Kajabi site ready for launch by the agreed deadline.

Requirements

• Proven experience building Kajabi websites from the ground up.
• Strong knowledge of Kajabi’s full capabilities (courses, offers, automations, events, community, funnels, analytics).
• Strong design and user experience sense - ability to make the site look professional and easy to navigate.
• Ability to advise on strategy, functionality, and optimizations beyond just “build to spec.”
• Ability to work independently, on your own schedule, while meeting the project deadline.
• Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating virtually.

• Portfolio or examples of Kajabi sites you’ve built.
• Confirmation that you have reviewed compensation, rate, and payment terms and are comfortable with them.
• Ability to deliver by September 15, 2025.

Compensation

This is a fixed project fee of $2,000.

• Payment Schedule:
• 50% ($1,000) due at the project midpoint (once the initial build and framework are in place).
• 50% ($1,000) due upon final delivery of the completed Kajabi site by September 15, 2025.
• Contract: A simple independent contractor agreement can be provided by Rep Coaching, or the hired contractor may supply their own. Regardless, the total payment will not exceed $2,000.
• Guarantee for Contractor: Payment terms will state that the first $1,000 installment is guaranteed once the midpoint is reached, even if Rep Coaching were to back out. This language is included to provide additional protection for the contractor.
