Customer Service Representative
We are Agnes Recruitment, actively seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to assist our clients. This part-time, contract-based role will require you to communicate with customers, address their questions, resolve issues, and provide helpful information about our products or services. The ideal candidate should be patient, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities. Experience with CRM systems is important, and you must be comfortable delivering support across phone, email, and chat channels. The position is remote and you will be joining us as we plan and research for ongoing customer support activities. We expect the project to start as soon as possible, ideally by tomorrow.
