Condo Website

We are a nonprofit condominium corporation (OCSCC 919) in Ottawa, Ontario. We are looking for a web developer to help us create a simple website for our building. The website should allow residents to book reservations for the elevator and party room, manage deposits and payments, and provide a space to upload newsletters and documents for residents to access. The site does not need to be commercial or complex–a basic layout with a header featuring a photo of our building and our name is sufficient, and stock layouts are acceptable. The main aim is to facilitate easy reservations, payment, and communication within the community.

Budget range:
Very small project ($250 – 750 USD)

Examples:
Again, looking for something pretty basic, as budget is small. A header with the photo of our building and name. Other simple, stock layout is fine.
This is not a commercial type website. As a nonprofit corporation, the intent is to simply facilitate access to making reservations, simply payment, and share general news and updates.
