Responsibilities
- Develop advanced software solutions for industrial automation and manufacturing environments
- Contribute to a high-priority project with defined Q1 2026 delivery milestones
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams (electrical, mechanical, process, and software)
- Design and implement applications interfacing with control systems and manufacturing processes
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from planning through deployment
- Code robust applications supporting industrial operations and data management systems
- Work flexible schedules as part of a 24/7 development model spanning multiple time zones
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of proven software development experience with successful project delivery
- Hands-on experience with automation systems, control systems, or industrial applications
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operational environments
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages (C# highly valued)
- Ability to work independently in remote environments with high productivity
- Flexibility to adapt hours across time zones to support continuous development
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams and translating technical requirements into software solutions
