Job Description

We’re looking for someone who wants to learn a new skill and grow in the world of TikTok content creation. No experience is needed — this is an opportunity for someone who is curious, creative, and ready to step out of their comfort zone. If you’ve ever thought about making TikToks but didn’t know where to start, this is your chance.

I will personally teach you how to plan, film, and post content on TikTok. You’ll learn how to come up with ideas, use trends, and get comfortable on camera. The only requirements are that you’re open to learning, willing to be consistent, and not too shy to try things out. Confidence will come with practice!

Requirements

• No prior experience needed — just motivation and willingness to learn.
• Someone who is comfortable (or ready to become comfortable) being on camera.
• A positive, creative personality with an interest in TikTok and social media.
• Consistent and reliable — showing up and trying matters more than perfection.
• Open-minded and not afraid to test new ideas or trends.

What You’ll Do

• Learn how to create short, engaging TikTok videos from start to finish.
• Practice being on camera and expressing your personality in fun, natural ways.
• Work on trending video ideas, hooks, and creative storytelling.
• Write simple captions or short scripts to match your videos.
• Learn how to post, schedule, and track content on TikTok with guidance.
• Experiment with different styles of content to see what works best.
