Job Description

Title: Freelance Illustrator for Weekly Web Novel Illustrations

About the Project: I’m seeking a talented and reliable freelance illustrator to create weekly illustrations for my web novel. The story is a fantasy novel, centered around a retelling of the book of Exodus set in Northern Mexico. Each week, you’ll be responsible for bringing a specific scene or character from the latest chapter to life.

Requirements

What I’m Looking For:

• A portfolio that demonstrates a strong, dynamic style.
• Experience with character art and scene illustration.
• The ability to work independently and meet weekly deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate on concepts and revisions.

Experience:

• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of styles and techniques in illustration and digital design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• A degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Illustration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Responsibilities

• Create one full-color illustration each week, based on a provided description from the latest chapter.
• Illustrations will primarily focus on characters and key moments.
• You must be able to submit a finished illustration by Thursday.

Compensation

• You will be paid $75 per illustration.
• Payments will be made weekly via Paypal upon receipt of the completed illustration.
