Hilwa app requirements

A. Design

1. The app design is full ready and I’ll share later all the design files of flutter app but we’ll need for simple additions later such as reviews in single product page design and some texts updates…
2. B. Functionality and Pages
The app must replicate all functions and pages exactly as they appear on Hilwa.com , ensuring identical functionality and a seamless user experience
And most unique functions that we have to add are as following.

7. Shipping fees will be with simple condition and this condition are applied successfully with perfect functionality now in the hilwa.com
   . 5000 iqd when the total amount is less than 50,000 iqd
   . 0 iqd when the total amount is 50,000 iqd or more
   . When coupon code applied then the shipping fees will be depend on the amount after the coupon applied.

C. Performance and Speed
The application must be developed using Flutter to guarantee extremely high speed and optimal performance across all devices (iOS and Android), with minimal loading times and efficient resource usage.

1. Optimize API calls with lazy loading and smart data fetching.
2. Use smart caching strategies for images and product data.
3. Implement background processing and Isolates to keep the Ul responsive.

D. Full Synchronization
The app must be fully synchronized with the WooCommerce website Hilwa.com , including real-time updates for inventory, discount codes used by affiliaters, affiliaters share of affiliate program that are working now on the website, banners, and all other dynamic content, ensuring complete consistency between the app and website at all times.
Fully integrate with the official WooCommerce REST API using secure methods.

E. Admin Panel
A standalone admin panel must be provided to monitor app-specific sales, manage push notifications, track user activity, and oversee other critical details, featuring an intuitive and easy-to-use interface.

F. Clean Code
The codebase must be clean, well-documented, and adhere to Flutter best practices to ensure maintainability and scalability for future updates.
Also the full code will be fully delivered to me.

G. App Stores Submission Support and free support period
Need to provide full assistance in preparing and submitting the application to both stores and upload it instead of the current apps that already uploaded and they’re simple webview apps. So when current users when update the app will get the new app with same their details and accounts…
A free support period of at least [6 months] must be provided after the app is launched, covering bug fixes and minor adjustments at no additional cost.

H. Registration authentication
Otp will be send to WhatsApp to the given number in registration.
And also will support Google login support…

I. Languages
Website will be in Arabic and English.

J. Api works
All the api works and all requirements to make the full sync between the app and the website will be your responsibility
