Job Description

Sircle Media is a Social Strategy Firm based in NYC, specializing in managing social media platforms and content creation for brands in the healthy CPG, Beverage, and Spirits sectors. We are looking for a Designer & Motion Graphics Animator responsible for creating short form motion graphics product animations and designs to enhance our clients’ presence on various platforms. Candidates will have the opportunity to be creative and will be supported by a full creative team.

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about working with emerging brands and telling their stories. They should be proactive in thinking of innovative ways to elevate content and tackling new trends in content creation.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in a fast-paced design job, internship, or freelance position with a track record of creating successful social content
• A knack for creating and identifying compelling content and clever concepts
• A good understanding of online culture and how brands utilize social media
• A self-starter who can identify and create their own projects while collaborating with a team
• Proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience using AI tools is a bonus
• Strong graphic design and animation skills with an interest in branding
• Experience creating daily video content for social media platforms
• Understanding of creating impactful micro-content for specific audiences and platforms
• Knowledge of video content production for social media (sequence settings, key-framing, captioning graphics)
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable seeking feedback and exploring creative directions
• Availability for a maximum of 20 hours per week

Other Information

This position is part-time and contract. Compensation ranges from $20.00 - $40.00 per hour, with expected hours between 10 and 20 per week. The work location is remote.
