Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Contract Videographer to capture high-quality video content in the real estate industry. This is an on-call, contractor position for someone experienced, professional, and reliable. You may come from any videography background—weddings, events, sports, commercials, or more—but you must be knowledgeable in capturing polished, professional video clips. This role focuses solely on filming—no editing required.

Requirements

• Equipment:
• Must provide your own professional gear: camera, gimbal, microphone, SD cards, camera bag.
• High-speed internet and reliable storage solution for remote file delivery.
• Strong portfolio; if no edited projects, provide raw clips.
• Bonus: FAA-certified drone pilot with a 4K drone.
• Skills & Qualities:
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to consistently capture high-quality video content.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Warm, professional presence—easy to work with and client-friendly.
• Travel & Availability:
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel up to a 1-hour radius from Sacramento (travel covered).
• Flexible schedule; on-call assignments.
• Typical shoots last about one hour.

Responsibilities

• Film property tours, lifestyle content, and other real estate projects.
• Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to shoot.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
• Deliver raw, unedited footage promptly via file-sharing platforms.
• Take direction, process feedback, and adapt as needed.

Additional Information

Pay: $30–$45/hour
