Marketing strategy and Meta Ads optimization for Tribu de Soles

We are seeking a digital marketing specialist to help take Tribu de Soles’ online presence and client enrollment to the next level. Tribu de Soles is an established project providing online conscious singing and vocal healing workshops, focused on wellness, spirituality, and personal development. The founder, María José, has been running the marketing for over five years and now needs an expert to optimize campaign results. The freelancer will be responsible for optimizing Meta Ads campaigns (including segmentation, lookalike audiences, retargeting, and Pixel setup), creating and testing a high-conversion landing page, and designing a secure, automated client follow-up system using WhatsApp Business/API. The ideal expert should also be able to develop a clear marketing plan with cost and performance targets to drive student growth and stabilize results. Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish is required, as all communication is in this language. Experience with digital businesses in online education or wellness sectors would be a plus. There are example files and a website available to illustrate the brand’s preferred creative style. Delivery is targeted for September to October 2025. This is a project-based role with potential for ongoing work, and candidates can work remotely.
