Fashion Reels Videographer + Creative Director (China-Based)
Videographer is needed in China.
We are a seven-figure streetwear fashion brand called Unpractical, known for bold and dynamic campaigns. As we expand across Asia, we are looking to hire a talented content creator based in China, preferably in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, or Shanghai. The main responsibilities include shooting and editing high-quality, short-form fashion videos for Instagram Reels, leading small shoots, providing creative direction on set, and helping to deliver consistent weekly or biweekly video content that matches our urban brand style. You should have experience with fashion or streetwear content, be skilled with camera or high-end phone setups and natural lighting, and be comfortable editing with tools like CapCut or Premiere Pro. A strong creative eye, understanding of Instagram Reels pacing, and comfort working both independently and with small teams is important. Bonus if you have access to local models or creatives. We are seeking someone for a part-time, contract-based position with potential for long-term partnership as part of our Asia-based creative team. Unpractical is a fast-growing, seven-figure streetwear fashion brand blending avant-garde edge with cinematic storytelling. We’re known for bold, standout campaigns and alternative streetwear drops that sell out fast. We’re based in Canada but produce and shoot heavily in Asia (China, Thailand). We’re currently expanding our creative team and looking for reliable long-term partners in content creation, especially editors who understand our visual identity and fast-paced drop culture.
