Creative YouTube Scriptwriter (Self-Improvement)
I am building a YouTube channel focused on self-improvement and motivation, targeting an audience aged 18 to 34. The channel’s tone is modeled after an elder brother—direct, honest, and actionable, with a tough-love approach inspired by channels like NextCore. I am seeking a creative scriptwriter who can develop video ideas and write engaging and high-energy scripts with strong hooks, clear takeaways, and concise pacing. The scripts should have a straight-talking, zero-fluff style with actionable advice. Prior experience in YouTube scriptwriting or motivational copywriting is required, and the ideal candidate should be able to generate ideas, conduct light research, and reliably iterate on feedback. Familiarity with behavioral science or performance psychology, and experience with short-form content, are a plus. Applicants should provide 2–3 writing samples (especially for motivational or self-improvement content), links to published YouTube projects, and a brief note explaining their fit for the ‘elder-brother’ voice.
