We are seeking a creative and reliable freelancer to help design and maintain an engaging website and manage our social media presence for a caretaker/eldercare service. The role involves setting up a user-friendly website using platforms like Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress, keeping content updated, and managing regular posts on social media accounts such as Instagram and Facebook. You should have experience with website builders and a good understanding of social media, along with an eye for approachable, friendly design suited for a senior care audience. We’re looking for proactive communication, fresh ideas for online community engagement, and someone comfortable working remotely on a freelance or part-time basis. The initial website should be set up within 2-3 weeks, followed by ongoing management and updates. Inspiration examples and detailed visual guidelines are provided to guide design and tone. Applicants from India and the Philippines are welcome.

✨ Website Style Suggestions for Caretaker Services

  1. Hero Section (First Impression)
Big, warm photo (smiling elderly person with a friendly caregiver).
Clear tagline like: “Companionship, Care, and Comfort for Your Loved Ones.”
A bright but soft accent color (e.g., teal, coral, or warm green) to make it feel lively, not sterile.
A Call-to-Action button: “Book a Care Visit” or “Meet Our Caretakers.”
  2. Use Friendly Colors & Typography
Colors: Soft neutrals (beige, ivory, light grey) mixed with uplifting accents (turquoise, peach, or lavender).
Fonts: Rounded, easy-to-read sans serif fonts (like Lato, Poppins, or Nunito) for a modern but friendly look.
  3. Lively but Gentle Design Elements
Sections with color blocks — alternate soft tones for each section (so it doesn’t feel flat).
Organic shapes & illustrations — soft curves instead of rigid boxes.
Icons & visuals — little heart icons, helping-hands, or friendly chat bubbles to bring warmth.
  4. Interactive & Engaging
Hover effects: Buttons change color slightly when hovered.
Testimonials carousel: Rotating quotes from families and elderly clients.
Photo gallery: Happy moments between caregivers and elderly (adds life + trust).
  5. Tone of Copy
Keep it simple, reassuring, and friendly. Example:
“We understand that elderly care is more than just assistance — it’s about companionship, dignity, and joy in everyday life. Our young, energetic caretakers bring warmth and reliability to your loved one’s day.”
