Podcast Producer (Growth + Back-End) to help grow a Workplace Mental Health podcast

Beneath the Busy is a calm, insight-led podcast for leaders and HR. I (Lauren) want to focus on recording, and you handle the rest. I am seeking a practical, mid-level freelancer who can manage the back end of production and take on simple growth tasks—no hype or complex funnels. You would review the past 10 episodes, help confirm our ideal listener profile, and propose a straightforward 8-week plan with an episode calendar. Tasks include editing audio, creating basic artwork and audiograms, writing show notes, scheduling uploads, and distributing to podcasting platforms. You will also post to LinkedIn, optimize episode titles and descriptions for discoverability, request reviews, and track key metrics. Guesting support, light social and email marketing, and a monthly check-in report are also required. Experience managing at least 2-3 podcasts end-to-end is essential, along with proficiency in Riverside and Buzzsprout, and clear written English to match the podcast’s calm style. Familiarity with analytics tools, LinkedIn, or basic stats reporting is a plus. Our emphasis is on quality and consistency to gradually improve visibility and rankings.
