3D architectural visualizations of street

I need a 3D artist for a personal project to create architectural visualizations of a street that features two proposed new buildings. The main purpose of the visualizations is to show how the new constructions would negatively impact the neighboring properties, with a particular focus on the loss of natural light due to shadows. The models do not need to be highly detailed or photorealistic but should have accurate proportions and measurements. Sunlight and shadow representation needs to be realistic. I can provide basic street data in DWG and GDB format from the city’s website, additional information via the online 3D city map, and blueprints for the proposed buildings. The deliverables include still images from two angles and an animation showing the effect from various locations. Delivery should be within two weeks. The project is urgent.
