Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Product Designer to join our growing design team. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented designer with a strong foundation in both graphic and UI design. The Junior Product Designer will collaborate closely with engineers and senior designers to craft intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences.

This position requires in-office presence in Tampa, FL. Part-time roles will be considered.

Job Summary

• Design user interfaces and visual assets that align with product requirements and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas and requirements into engaging designs.
• Contribute to wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to support design concepts.
• Develop graphic assets (icons, illustrations, layouts) that enhance the user experience.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine solutions.
• Work independently on assigned tasks while communicating progress clearly with the team.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Job Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design, UI design, or related fields (internships or freelance work considered).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI and visual design work.
• Understanding of basic UX principles and responsive design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and contribute creative ideas to solve problems.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of how to integrate AI tools into applications and workflows.
• Interest in user research and usability testing.
