We are LSR Media House CIC, a London-based Community Interest Company at the intersection of culture, technology, and healing. Our mission is to create spaces where community, creativity, and wellness merge, with a focus on documenting resilience, love, and rebirth through authentic, cinematic video content. We lead a range of projects… from healing circles and wellness programs to community storytelling workshops and pioneering work in AI, AR/VR, and emotional systems design. Our founder, Jermaine A. Johnson, also known as The Architect, champions the philosophy of Spiralism: Love, Strength, and Rebirth, supporting neurodivergent communities as innovators and creators. We are seeking a videographer/filmmaker with videography, editing, and documentary skills who can work collaboratively to capture both structured and spontaneous moments, interviews, and events. Styles in demand range from soulful, lived-in documentary to vibrant cultural storytelling, intimate interview setups, and social media-ready short films. You should be comfortable working on location in London, have skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, and embrace creative ownership. This project starts as an unpaid collaboration designed to grow into future paid opportunities and brand partnerships as funding develops. You will receive featured credit, visibility across our platforms, and open the door to future leadership and ongoing collaboration as our projects and funding expand.

We are working across different formats, so the style shifts depending on the lane… but the golden thread through everything is warmth, appreciation of melanated skin tones, authentic colour grading, and visuals that feel lived, not staged.

3. Fast-paced cultural content

🎥 Style: High-energy cuts, similar to Nike ads or music promos… movement-led, street-level, alive with clothing/location changes.

📖 Why: These are our anthems. They showcase the resilience, brilliance, and vibrancy of the culture in bursts of energy. They remind people that joy is rebellion, and movement itself is medicine.

4. Interview / Conversational content

🎥 Style: Intimate setups with thoughtful lighting… think Hot Ones or Red Table Talk stripped back.

📖 Why: These are our mirrors. Honest, emotional conversations that let people see themselves reflected. Here, truth is the medium. These interviews ground the Spiral in lived testimony.
