About the Role I’m a chef/entrepreneur (The Lime Truck, Snibbs, Better Than Your Mom & Dine & Grind) seeking a hands‑on freelancer to build my personal brand online. You will work on site in Los Angeles 1 day per week (occasionally 2) to capture behind‑the‑scenes moments—time on the truck, Snibbs drop‑offs, family life like baby Maya’s first foods, and shoots for my shows. The rest of the work (editing, posting, engagement) can be done remotely on a flexible hourly basis. Responsibilities include filming and photographing behind-the-scenes moments, recipes, lifestyle segments, and show tapings; editing short-form video content for social media platforms; writing captions and maintaining consistent tone; managing and scheduling posts; engaging with followers and tracking performance; and suggesting new content ideas. Applicants should be based in Los Angeles, available for 1-2 on-site shoot days per week, experienced in building personal brands or influencer accounts, skilled in video and photo editing, copywriting, and social media management. Portfolio links, a brief note on fit, and hourly rate are required for application.
