I am looking for a videographer to record a speech in front of over 100 people at the Castleton Banquet and Conference Center in Windham, NH on Friday, Oct 3, from 9:30 to 10:30 AM, with setup needed 30 minutes prior. You do not need to be a professional, but you should have experience filming moving subjects from a distance, as I will be moving in front of the room about 100 feet away. The footage should be delivered in a computer-readable format such as AVI, WMV, or MP4, suitable for web use. Please let me know your fee, whether you have a remote wireless microphone, what camera you will use, and provide a sample video with the same device. Also, let me know if you have a second camera and the additional cost for using two cameras.
