Development of Interactive Content for Court Museum and Library

App Developer is needed in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

We are seeking a freelancer to develop interactive content for use in a court museum and library, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The content will be displayed on a Touch Screen Interactive LED Panel and must allow for screen lock functionality, ensuring that no other applications can be accessed apart from the interactive content. When idle, the display should play videos or graphics. For the museum section, the content will cover topics including the history of law, tools and equipment used in law punishment, history of judges and chief justices, and the evolution of court buildings. This section should include text, graphics, videos, animations, and voice-over features. For the library section, the content involves showcasing a collection of judgements and indictments by judges, providing the ability to search content and update with new judgments. This part should also include text and graphics. We expect the freelancer to have skills in visual studio, dotnet, and adobe animate, and be able to attend on-site in Kuala Lumpur for parts of the project. The project is a single job with the potential for follow-up work and should be delivered by 30 September 2025.
