Videogame set in the Greek classical period (5th century BCE)

I am currently working on a videogame prototype set in the Mediterranean during the Greek classical period (5th century BCE) and I am looking for a music composer with experience in ancient music and instruments. The job involves creating a single theme song that sets the right atmosphere for the game. This is a personal side project that I have been developing for a year, and I would like the work delivered by December 2025. Remote work is totally fine. I am a game designer based in Italy and work in the videogame industry.

The main theme should be an evocative, immediately recognizable anthem that channels the spirit of Classical-era Mediterranean cultures (5th century BC) while remaining enjoyable to contemporary ears. Fuse timbres evocative of period instruments (lyre, kithara, aulos, pan flute, frame drum) with tasteful modern elements (subtle pads, low percussion, warm bass, light sound design) to balance tradition and innovation. Establish a clear, memorable melodic motif that can be looped cleanly and function as a modular foundation for multiple arrangements: soft/exploratory (map), driving/tense (combat), triumphant (victory), and somber (defeat). Aim for emotional resonance and cinematic breadth, taking cues from Rome II: Total War’s “The Mediterranean” and Assassin’s Creed Odyssey’s “A Happy Family”.
