AI Workflow Engineer for Automated Ad Creative System (Image + VSL Transcript Integration)

We are seeking an AI automation expert to develop a workflow system for generating and deploying ad creatives at scale for our company, Two Collectives. The system should be capable of taking raw inputs, such as VSL transcripts, scripts, or ideas, and turning them into polished, launch-ready image ads in various styles like cartoon explainer graphics and native ads. The ideal workflow should be able to run multiple strategies (cartoon ads, flexible templates, congruent primaries, winner-multiplication) and parse VSL transcripts to extract key marketing angles and hooks. Automation of ad creatives must include generating graphical ads that match different campaign requirements, producing scalable variations of proven winners automatically, and integrating with ad platforms such as Meta and TikTok for one-click deployment. We are looking for someone skilled in AI image generation tools (Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, DALL-E), prompt engineering, workflow automation (Python, Node.js, APIs, Zapier, Make.com), and NLP to extract hooks from longform text. Experience in ad tech, performance marketing, or automating creative pipelines is valuable, as is knowledge of direct-response marketing psychology and ad platform requirements. Our mission is to build an AI workflow that automates the large-scale production and deployment of high-performing ads.
