Job Description

We’re looking for Videographers/Photographers in ANY INDUSTRY in the New Jersey area. The role involves capturing live game or tournament footage, editing simple highlight cuts on-site, and promptly transferring footage when you get home. There are no client meetings or scheduling calls; you take a gig, do the work, and get paid.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation—travel across Connecticut and the broader New England area is normal; reimbursement for travel is provided.
• Physically able to stand and move around for several hours (this isn’t strenuous work).
• Punctual, coachable, and take initiative.
• Business casual attire when working on-site (collar shirt, belt, sneakers).
• Connecticut/New England based.
• On-call, part-time: You join our roster after training and we reach out when gigs are available. As we grow, so will your opportunities.

Compensation & Growth

• Per-event pay: Average event pay is around $250 (dependent on the gig and if you have all equipment).
• Raises for performance: We offer percentage-based increases for reliability and quality (up to a certain amount).
• Paid training (evaluated on a case-by-case basis).
• Equipment provided (evaluated on a case-by-case basis).

Additional Information

PREFERRED: camera with 4k, 120fps capabilities - wide lens with a low, fixed aperture - zoom lens with a fixed aperture.

PAID TRAINING: We offer paid training to learn sports videography/photography.
